Payment Information

We accept all major International Credit Cards - American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover as well as checks, money orders and cashier checks in US dollars and wire transfers.  

Special requirements apply to the use of Credit Cards as a form of payment.  You must comply full with these requirements for your payment to be accepted.  

Checks, money orders or cashier checks should be sent to the address below and be made out to "Opals International Jewelers, Inc.".  We recommend you send your checks, money orders or cashier checks via Federal Express, courier or air mail.  

To arrange a wire transfer, please contact us at 1-800-376-6725 for US or Canada residents. International customers call us at 001-405-495-6610.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS.  

Due to the high value of items sold on this site, we have a special requirement for payments made by Credit Card.  You must supply a facsimile image of both the front and back of the Credit Card you are using to make your purchase as well as a signature the same as that which appears on the card adjacent to the copy of the card. You must also put your order number on the copy. 

All the numbers both on the front and the back of the card must be clearly visible in the copy for an accurate verification. If we can not verify the numbers and signature, the order will not be shipped.

Placing an Order

You can place an order in any of the following ways:

International Customers

Shipping to an address outside the United States or Canada CAN NOT use the online order form or secure server technology, since we need to give you a quote for shipping/customs specific to the delivery country. All International Orders are expedited with Bank Transfers or Pre-paid International Money Orders in US Dollars. Credit Cards can be accepted but only with the issuing bank contact information to verify your identity, card authenticity and delivery location. This rather drastic procedure protects you and us from the rising tide of fraud in International Credit Card transactions. Once we contact your bank and verify your card and your identity the transaction can be processed. All Duties and Custom Fees are paid by the recipient (or buyer) and will be predetermined before payment and shipment. FedEx and US Global Priority Mail services are the preferred delivery methods.

Order by Telephone

Order by Fax

You may order by fax only by credit card. You can print the form located at Memo Services. Then you can fax it 24 hours a day to: 1-405-495-6611 (international customers, please fax 001-405-495-6611). Address your fax to "Internet Order", and please be sure to include the following information:

Order by Electronic Mail

Domestic and Canadian orders can be sent through electronic mail to opals@sirinet.net.

International orders require a separate shipping, customs, duty quote from our International Ordering Department which can be reached by email at opals@sirinet.net. When placing an order being shipped to an international address, we will prepare a quote for shipping, customs and duties to your location and contact you, through email, with the costs for shipping your order. Depending on the country, there will have a choice of shipping methods (FedEx, surface mail, UPS, global priority mail, etc.) After you receive the shipping quote you will need to reply to approve the shipping cost for the method you choose.

When ordering through electronic mail please include the following information:

Opals International will respond to all orders sent through electronic mail within 24 hours or less. You will receive a confirmation of your order, with final total through email after it has been processed.

Order by Postal Mail

When placing an order by postal mail, Opals International Jewelers, Inc.can accept payment by check, cashiers check, bank check, money order, credit card or gift certificate.

Since international orders require us to generate a shipping quote, we recommend placing orders shipped to international destinations by telephone, fax, or email.

When sending your order through the postal mail please make sure to include the following information:
