November 14, 2002	I received the opal ring today and was delighted. I do a certain amount of needlepoint under a magnified light, and I think I spent more time looking at the lights in the stone sparkling than I did the needlepoint. :) I've appreciated the candidness and sincerity in your emails. April 4, 2002	Thank you I received the earrings at 2 PM on Friday, so they were there when I had to leave for the weekend. They look great and they match a ring and pendant set that my wife got in Australia last year. She enjoyed the "Story of Opals" booklet that came with the gift. Jeff, I have to say that I'm super surprised that you did not want final payment prior to sending me the ring and am grateful that you trust me (which of course, you can do). I've asked in my last message how much I owe you and am now asking again because I want to mail you a check promptly upon receipt of the ring. As you said, you have a business to run and I want to make sure you have your money (and I know you prefer a check). I have one question too -- for insurance purposes are you sending me an appraisal so that I can have the ring insured? I can't wait for the delivery to arrive tomorrow. May 20, 2002	Hi Natalie and Jeff! I'm finally finding time to use my computer for something other than school! I just wanted to send you a note to let you know that I LOVE THE RING!!! It is soooooo beautiful!! I wore it to my daughter's graduation and my mother saw it for the first time. I was a little worried about her reaction because I didn't tell her I was doing anything with it, but she LOVED IT TOO! I have gotten so many compliments since then. I want to send the check but I lost the little piece of paper with the amount on it. I remember the $500 but forget what the rest was. So send it to me via internet and I will put a check in the mail today or tomorrow. Well, gotta to go to work. Only two more weeks for me!! I'll check my mail tonight for the amount of the ring. May 14, 2002	Jeff, I picked up the gold chain this morning at the Post Office at about 7 am. I didn't open the box until I arrived at my office at 8. It looks GREAT! Thank you. I'm sure that we will be getting together again. I will also give high praises to all of my friends of your gems and jewelry craft. Many around the office are aware of my internet jewelry purchase. April 31, 2002	Good morning! Yes, the ring would be easier to see in better lighting!! Are you taking these pictures in a bedroom????? When I was magnifying the ring, I caught the reflection in the band!! Ha Ha Ha Ring looks great!!!!! He is excited about his ring, and I take great joy in taunting him about it. Brad thinks he has an idea of what it looks like, but of course, he is completely out in left field. He wants to see the ring before the ceremony. However, I think I might just find some cheap band,let him think that is his ring, and then surprise him. What do you think? Only thing is, I have got to figure out where you can send it so that he does not get to it before I do!!! Remember the message inside "With God's Blessing." I love his and think "we" ,okay really you. but I will be more than happy to take some credit, designed the perfect ring for him!! Have you been able to begin on my band yet? March 25, 2002	Hi Jeff, Everything was beautiful. She was really pleased. You did well. At first I wasn't sure about the diamond necklace, I kind of had a teardrop diamond in mind, but she liked it too. We had a Key Club Convention in Missouri to go to this week and I believe she wore the jewelry all four days. Once again I do appreciate it. I'm not in a hurry, but sooner or later I might be interested in some emeralds and maybe a diamond set. No hurry though, I have to buy two of my daughters new cars so I've got that to get out of the way first. You might be looking though and keep me posted. Same quality rules. No problems with customs - don't even think they opened it, but the way you handled it was just perfect! Thank you. Will be keeping an eye on your web page on the lookout for other items. February, 2002	Jeff, The ring is exquisite! It is everything I wanted plus a bag of chips plus a moon pie! I am very, very happy with the ring. I was just thinking, do you have a matching pair or "trillion" or triangular cut tanzanites? If not, no problem. December 18, 2001	Yes.... the necklace is esquiset. I could not tak emy eyes off of it. It took me an hour to wrap the case as I could not bear to cover it up it was so gorgeous. The package arrived on friday but I have been out of town for the military so just got yesturday. I simply enjoyed it and am most pleased.
